Phytomem One is a daily memory supplement sold only through its official website. It lists 10 ingredients, led by saffron extract, berberine and Ceylon cinnamon. Saffron has a few small trials on memory and thinking. Most of the other ingredients are described by the seller as blood sugar support, and the sales page does not show the dose of any of them.
It costs $49 to $79 a bottle, with a minimum order of two bottles, and comes with a 60-day money-back guarantee.

What the research says about the ingredients
Saffron
A 2020 review pooled four randomized trials of saffron in people with mild cognitive impairment or Alzheimer's disease. Saffron did better than placebo on two standard thinking scales, and did about as well as the usual medicine in the trials that compared them. No serious side effects were reported. But the authors said there are too few high-quality studies to recommend saffron for clinical use, and larger trials are needed.
Those trials were in people who already had memory problems, so they do not tell us much about healthy adults. And without a dose on the sales page, you cannot compare Phytomem One with the amounts studied.
Berberine
The U.S. National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health (NCCIH) says berberine has been studied for its effects on blood sugar, blood cholesterol and body weight. We did not find human trials on berberine and memory strong enough to cite here. NCCIH also warns that berberine can be harmful to newborns, which is one more reason to avoid this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Ceylon cinnamon
NCCIH says there have been many studies of cinnamon, especially for diabetes, but the results are hard to interpret because it is often unclear which type of cinnamon was tested. Its summary: research does not clearly support using cinnamon for any health condition.
The other seven ingredients
Fucoxanthin, fucoidan, oleuropein, corosolic acid, kudzu flower, Morosil and xylitol are mostly described on the page as antioxidant or blood sugar support. We did not find human trials on memory for any of them strong enough to cite here.
The bigger picture
NCCIH says that direct evidence that dietary supplements can prevent Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia is lacking. It also says supplements should not be a reason to put off seeing a health care provider about memory loss, because treatable problems such as depression, medicine side effects, or thyroid, liver or kidney problems can affect memory.
Phytomem One price and bundles
These are the prices on the official website when we checked (October 27, 2026). There was no single-bottle option. Prices and offers can change.
| Package | Price per bottle | Total | Shipping |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2 bottles | $79 | $158 | "small shipping fee" ($9.95 to mainland U.S., per the shipping policy) |
| 3 bottles | $59 | $177 | Free U.S. shipping |
| 6 bottles | $49 | $294 | Free U.S. shipping |
All three packages include three free e-books. The page says it is a one-time purchase with no subscription. Orders are processed by ClickBank, so that is the name that appears on your card statement. The shipping policy gives 5 to 8 business days for the mainland U.S. and 12 to 20 business days for Alaska and Hawaii.
Refund policy
Phytomem One offers a 60-day money-back guarantee. The refund policy page adds some details worth knowing before you order:
- The 60 days start when you receive the order.
- You must send back all the items you received to the seller's warehouse in Florida.
- You pay the return shipping, and the refund is minus any shipping fees.
If you try it, mark the delivery date on your calendar so you can decide well before the 60 days run out.
Who should be careful
- Anyone taking diabetes medicine. The seller says several ingredients (berberine, cinnamon, corosolic acid, oleuropein, kudzu) support blood sugar. Ask your doctor before adding them to medicine that also lowers blood sugar.
- Anyone taking other prescription medicines. Herbal extracts can interact with some drugs. The page itself tells you to talk to your physician if you take medication.
- People who are pregnant or breastfeeding, because of the berberine.
- Anyone with new or worsening memory problems. See a doctor first. Memory loss can have treatable causes.
Our verdict
Phytomem One has one ingredient, saffron, with a small set of trials behind it, mostly in people who already had memory problems. The rest of the formula leans toward blood sugar support, with little or no memory research we could cite. No doses are shown, and the cheapest way in is a two-bottle order. If you want to try it, read the label, ask your doctor (especially if you take diabetes medicine), and keep the 60-day window and return rules in mind.
